These Terms of Purchase apply to all orders you submit and complete on our website. When you place an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, or you have permission from a legal guardian to complete the purchase, and you agree to be bound by these terms alongside all other published store policies.

All prices displayed on the website are stated in USD. The price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay. Complimentary shipping and all applicable duties and import charges are covered by us, so no extra charges will be collected from you upon delivery.

Submission of an order represents an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Situations that may lead to order cancellation include detected pricing errors, product availability issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or restrictions imposed by shipping carriers for certain destinations. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

We take care to describe our products accurately, and we use images to represent product appearance. Minor variations in color, texture, or sizing may appear due to different screen displays and production batches. These small differences do not automatically qualify an item for return unless the received product differs materially from the core description.

Your order will be processed and shipped following our Shipping Policy, with a preparation window of 1 to 3 business days and estimated delivery between 6 to 12 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Returns and refunds are managed strictly according to our Refund Policy. You have a 60-day return window starting from delivery confirmation, and approved refunds take 5 to 10 business days to process after returned goods are received and inspected.

Title and risk of loss for purchased items transfer to you once the carrier confirms possession of your package. We are responsible for shipping the package to the carrier, while carrier handling and transit conditions fall under third-party operations.
